By creating an account or using any part of the HireOS platform (hireos.co.uk), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you are using HireOS on behalf of an organisation (such as a university), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
HireOS provides a career platform including job search, CV tailoring, interview coaching, application tracking, and career support tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Free accounts have limited access as described on our pricing page. We may change free plan limits at any time with 30 days' notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup. Prices are shown in GBP (or INR/USD for respective markets) inclusive of any applicable taxes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@hireos.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription from the date of purchase, unless you have already made substantial use of the service.
For Career Boost (one-time payment): a 14-day refund is available if the generated materials have not been downloaded.
To request a refund, email hello@hireos.co.uk with your order reference.
We will give 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. If you do not cancel within that period, you accept the new price.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, job descriptions, profile information). You grant HireOS a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your data to employers, recruiters, or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The HireOS platform, branding, software, and all generated content templates are owned by Aravind Innovative from 9tree. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.
CV and cover letter outputs generated specifically for you using your own data are yours to use freely.
HireOS integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase, Adzuna, ElevenLabs, and others. Their use is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
HireOS provides tools and information to assist your job search. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or salary results.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, HireOS's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We are not liable for: loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, or any damage caused by third-party job boards or employers.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Institutional licences are governed by a separate agreement. These Terms apply to individual student users under institutional licences unless the institutional agreement states otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service (with 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund for paid accounts).
Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email and display a notice on the platform. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
